cant log in


My name is Yuliana, I can access to my account to use my storyline I have reset my password, my boss has send me the invitation to use the Articulate 360 and still can log in I use to have email but company change and is now If I log in with old address it gives me this msg

and if I try to log in with this email address I get msg that this email is on use. 

Can you help me ?

I am sorry that you are running into this snag. What might help here is to completely close out of the application and then try to sign back in using You can completely shut-down the Desktop application by:

  • Navigating to your system tray (this is located near the clock on your desktop)
  • Right-click on the Articulate icon, then click on Quit
  • After shutting down the Desktop Application, you will want to re-launch it and you will be prompted to log back in
