Last item dropped disappears on submit/jump to next slide

I have a course with a couple of drag and drop interactions. They work well, but in both cases, the last item dropped disappears when the user moves to the next slide. It doesn't matter which item is dropped last, or where it is dropped, it disappears completely (not just behind the drop zone). If I go back to the slide, however, the item is in its proper dropped location. Any thoughts on what might be causing this? A scrubbed file is attached.

I have the exact same problem.

Hi again Dionna!

I just spoke with Abel, and sure enough, this is a bug in Storyline 360. In the HTML5 output, he found that the last drag item dropped in a Drag and Drop interaction disappears upon submission or when moving to the next slide.

I really appreciate you bringing this up to us! Now that we've identified it as a bug, we can begin working on a fix. I'll keep you posted on any updates I receive!

Hi all,

Thanks for your patience as we fixed this issue where the last drag item in a drag-and-drop interaction might disappear after completing the interaction in HTML5 output. Today's update of Storyline 360 has a fix included, so you'll want to launch the Articulate 360 desktop app on your computer and click the Update button for each application. Details here.

If you'd like to see the full list of release notes, they're available here.

Hey Taylor,

It should be included in the next update and this thread is attached so that we can update you here just as we did for Storyline 360 :)
