PPT Import Fails After Recent Storyline 360 Upgrade

Hi All,

I installed the recently released update to Storyline 360 and now I cannot import PPT files.  I have tried renaming the file, copying the slides into a new PPT file prior to import and even tried chunking the PPT into smaller (5 slides) files with no success. A colleague who has not installed the recent update was able to import the same PPT file that failed for me. Has anyone else had this issue, and if so were you able to resolve it?

Sorry, you're running into this issue when importing a PowerPoint into Storyline 360. I'd like our Support Engineers to help figure out what might be causing the snag. Do you mind uploading your PowerPoint file to us? We'll take a look and see where the culprit is!
