Hi Sagar,

We were aware of an issue with Helvetica in Storyline 2, but it was corrected in Update 5.  What version of Storyline are you using? You'll want to be sure you're on the most recent update of Storyline 2 here or Storyline 360 here. 

Let me know if the update fixes the issue, or if we need to look at this further!
