Thanks for letting us know that you're running into issues previewing your projects.

You're right. An issue that crosses projects usually points to an issue with the software and in this case, it's probably your installation. A repair of the software can usually fix this right up.

Do you know what version of Storyline you're using?

Help > About Articulate Storyline

We are currently on Build 3.39.21985.0 of Storyline 360. You can read all of the details here. If you're not on the latest build, I would recommend updating and this will also repair your installation.
