Storyline2 prompting for License key when new user logs in

I've just installed Storyline 2 on a computer and used a license key recently purchased. When a new user logs into this computer Storyline 2 prompts for a license key when launched. Multiple users will be using this computer and having each one of them enter the license key is not the most convenient.

I created a case yesterday and have not heard from anyone yet.

Hi Juan,

Articulate Storyline End User License Agreement (EULA) allows each serial number (license) to be activated by a single user. If more than one person logs onto the same computer, each will require their own unique serial number. Additional licenses can be purchased in the Articulate Store.

If more than one user attempts to activate the same serial number on the same PC, they'll encounter an Invalid Serial Number error message.
