Ideas needed on value proposition training

I've been charged with training our organization on our mission, vision and values/value proposition and I'm looking for a way to do this in an engaging, meaningful way.  Hoping to design a blended learning session, using Rise for the eLearning portion and v-ILT...but I'm not sure how to really design meaningful activities to apply this type of content.  Actually, I'm not sure I've ever seen the mission, vison, values actually trained at an organization.  Usually, this type of content is communicated in a variety of ways, and reflected through common organizational practices like annual goal setting.

Anyone have any good examples?  Again, not training on how to develop a mission/vision/value prop... training on what they are for our org and {I guess} how to apply them... really don't want it to be bland training.  Any ideas are welcomed!

Hi, Kim,

In my experience, that kind of "training" tends to be compliance oriented: present the content so the company can prove that the employees have seen the content.

I say, don't train them. Inspire and motivate them instead. Gather stories about the mission and vision in action. What does it look like for people at different levels of the organization? How might the actions of one person ripple through the organization? Why should they be proud to follow the values and to work toward that vision?

Good luck!
