WCAG 2.0 Accessibility Issues

Hey Everyone,

I'm building a course in Articulate Storyline 360 and publishing that in HTML5 only output. But while testing it with JAWS reader v18 facing below issues. Can someone please help me with these issues or provide guidance with references?

  1. Is it compulsory to navigate content using Up/Down arrow keys as well? Tab/Shift+Tab is working fine ant my end, but our client wants to have this feature as well.
  2. For Radio Button/Checkbox, can they accessible using UP/Down arrow key? When I tested the course with JAWS reader v18, Radio buttons on knowledge check do not announce when they are checked or unchecked - and screen reader is announcing "use arrows to change the selection". But, they can't be accessible using arrow keys.
Also, is there any provision to change/customize the screen reader instructions in Storyline for Radio Button/Checkbox?
  3. Pressing space to activate Menu or Notes tab does not announce that the change occurred.

I'm also attaching a sample course for your reference.
