360 Review - Cannot access courses

I noticed last Friday that I cannot access any of my courses that are our 360 review page.  I get the following message in all of my browser attempts.

 

The connection has timed out

The server at articulateusercontent.com is taking too long to respond.

The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

 

My internet is working fine.

Thanks for stopping by and describing what you're experiencing — So sorry you've hit this roadblock!

I peeked at our Articulate status page and can confirm there haven't been any outages today. Here are a couple of other tips:

  • Try logging out of your Articulate account, then logging back in to see if that helps.
  • Could there have been changes made to your network? If you have firewalls, could you and your IT team review this article? It covers what needs to be open to access all things Articulate 360. 

If that doesn't help you out, can you submit a case with our support team so they can investigate further?
