Review 360 - Notifications

For some reasons, I no longer get notification emails from Review360.

I'll have to go back into the course on Review360 to see comments/edit requests, sometimes several days or weeks after the comment is made (working on other projects) which is not ideal.

Would anyone know what is the reason why notification emails are no longer sent?

I have checked spam folder and also made sure instant notification is turned on

Hi Thierry,

Thank you for reaching out! 

That is odd that the notifications are not coming through. What might be happening is that the Project Notifications for that course are not set to All Activity. May I ask if you could check those settings for that project? Here is how you can do that: 

  • Open the project in Review 360 and click on the ellipses (...) in the top right 

  • A Drop-down menu will appear, and you will want to click on Project Notifications:
  • From there, you can check to see what notification settings are in place

If All Activity is already in place, please let us know!
