Hi Al,

I took a look at your account, and the email address you use here in ELH had a trial of Articulate 360 that expired this summer. I found another possible email address for you (a personal one, vs. the one here that's connected to your work I believe) and that one has a valid subscription.

Can you look at logging out of the 360.articulate.com sites and the Desktop tray application and log in again using that personal email address? If you're still having trouble, connect with our Support team here and they can share more details on your account!
