Hi Heather,

Rise updates automatically since it's a web-based application, but it sounds like you may have updated Storyline or the Articulate 360 app as a whole to see that error message? 

I didn't find a Support case for you yet, but that's what I'd recommend for troubleshooting that particular error. 

Also, for the things you used to be able to do in Rise, can you share a bit more? Perhaps I can help point you in the right direction!
